Anmelden zu TaxDome

1. Navigate to TaxDome home page and click Log in.

Alternatively, go to your portal login page using your TaxDome domain or custom domain ( see here how to add your domain/subdomain to your TaxDome account).

2. Select the appropriate sign-in option based on your account type:

• Google-Konto

• E-Mail und Passwort

Once you install the Windows application , you can launch the application from the Start menu:

1. Click the Start icon

2. Type TaxDome in the search bar

3. Select it from the results.

To begin using the TaxDome Windows application, you’ll need to sign in to your TaxDome account. Select the appropriate sign-in option based on your account type:

• Google-Konto

• E-Mail und Passwort

Hinweis

Team members must have the Dokumente verwalten access right und be assigned to at least one client account or have the Alle Konten anzeigen access right to log in to the Windows app.

To sign in using your Google account:

To sign in using your Google account:

1. Decide how long you’d like to stay signed in. The default setting is eight hours, but you can change the duration.

2. Click Sign in with Google. This will open the Sign in with Google page in your browser.

To sign in with your Google account: tap Sign in with Google and link your account. After linking, you’ll automatically proceed to the next screen.

To sign in with your Apple account (iOS only): tap Sign in with Apple to link your account using your Apple ID.

Once signed in, you’ll be prompted to set up additional security features like passcode and biometric authentication .

Sign in by entering your TaxDome email address and password, then clicking Log in.

To sign in using your email and password:

1. Enter your firm’s TaxDome URL you chose during registration (e.g., taxesbest.taxdome.com), email address and TaxDome password. If you’re using a custom domain, do not enter it here.

You won’t be able to use the TaxDome Windows application until registered on TaxDome.

2. Decide how long you’d like to stay signed in. The default setting is eight hours, but you can change the duration.

3. Click the Login button or press Enter on your keyboard.

To sign in using your email and password, enter your TaxDome email address and password and tap Sign in to access your account.

1. Check your email for a message with the subject line Your TaxDome login code.

2. Enter the 6-digit code from the email.

3. Check Remember this device for 30 days if you want to skip verification on this device for the next 30 days.

4. Klicken Sie auf Weiter.

The code expires after 10 minutes. If you enter an incorrect code 10 times, you’ll need to request a new one.

Tipp

If you don’t receive the email code, check your spam folder or click Resend code. You can request a new code every minute.

If you’re unable to receive the email code, click Get code via SMS to receive a verification code via text message instead (available if you have backup authentication method (SMS) configured) or click Contact us to reach out for assistance.

After entering your email and password, you’ll receive a verification code to your email to complete sign-in.

1. Open the email with subject line Your TaxDome login code and copy the 6-digit code.

2. Return to the TaxDome desktop app and paste or enter the code.

3. Click Continue to access your account.

Tipp

Didn’t receive the code? Check your spam folder or click Resend code to get a new one. Codes expire after 10 minutes.

After signing in with email and password, enter the 6-digit code sent to your email to verify your identity. The code expires in 10 minutes. If a new code is needed, tap the back arrow and re-enter your email address and password.

Once signed in, you’ll be prompted to set up additional security features like passcode and biometric authentication .

Open Google Authenticator or a similar app on your smartphone, then enter the provided code to complete sign-in.

Der Code in Google Authenticator ändert sich alle 30 Sekunden. Wenn er also von TaxDome nicht akzeptiert wird, geben Sie den neuen Code ein, den Sie in der App sehen.

2. Enter the code received on your smartphone.

Open your authenticator app and enter the 6-digit code shown.
