Ermöglichen Sie Teammitgliedern das Senden von E-Mails in Ihrem Namen

By default, your clients always receive a reply from the person they wrote to. However, you may sometimes want your team members to respond to your emails. To do this, you don’t need to give them access to your email or TaxDome account—which would be unsafe—just to allow them to send emails on your behalf.

To set this up:

1. Klicken Sie oben rechts auf Ihr Profil.

2. Gehen Sie zu Kontoeinstellungen . 

3. Go to the Email integration section, and toggle on Allow others to send from my email.

Hinweis

Ihre E-Mail sollte synchronisiert werden. Andernfalls wird die Einstellung nicht verfügbar sein.

Once this feature is enabled, your team members who have been given access to a specific client’s account will be able to select you as the sender of each message. This will work even if their emails are not synced .
