If you’ve set up a custom domain, but it suddenly stops working, it’s likely because the registrar hasn’t confirmed that the DNS is working. It happens occasionally. Check to see if your CNAME works here , then contact your registrar if it doesn’t.
Wenn Sie bei Ihrer Registrierstelle einen CNAME erstellen und ihn als Ihre benutzerdefinierte Domäne in Ihrem TaxDome -Konto hinzufügen, prüfen wir, ob er funktioniert, und teilen Ihnen mit, wenn er fertig ist. Dann überprüfen wir laufend bei der Registrierstelle, ob der CNAME noch gültig ist. Wenn wir keine Antwort von Ihrem DNS-Anbieter erhalten, prüfen wir noch dreimal.

If you are getting the ‘Form sending failed. Could not instantiate mail function’ error message, it means that you have attempted to set up a contact form on your website, but an error has occurred during this process.
