Auftrag automatisch verschieben, wenn Dokument genehmigt

You can have your jobs to move automatically to the next stage of the pipeline once the document is approved by the client. To make the automation magic happen, turn on the Automove feature, then link your document to a job. The same logic works if you request an e-signature and link the document pending payment. 

Schritt 1. Einrichten der Genehmigung Stufe und Aktivieren der automatischen Übertragung

Ein perfekt automatisierter Prozess beginnt immer mit der Auswahl des richtigen Platzes in Ihrem workflow. Sie können dies in zwei Schritten tun:

1. Add a stage for documents pending approval to your pipeline. You don’t need to create an automation this time, although you could include a task template for the assigned team member asking them to request an approval.

2. Ensure that you have the Automove Jobs toggle for the stage is turned on. To make it work with linked document pending approval, you don’t have to add any automations (though you can do so).

Schritt 2. Genehmigung beantragen und Dokument verlinken mit Auftrag

Es ist nicht nur wichtig, die Genehmigung einzuholen, sondern sie auch mit dem Auftrag zu verknüpfen, denn nur so können Sie sicherstellen, dass der Auftrag in die nächste Stufe übergeht, sobald das Dokument genehmigt ist. Sie können dies auf zwei Arten tun:

Upload the document you’ve prepared to a folder with the  Client can view  access. After you click Next at the beginning of uploading, toggle on Request client approval and click the + Link jobs button, then select a job and click Link. Here’s more info on linking documents .

You can also request an approval while viewing a document that’s already been uploaded . And you can set up Reminders.

Über die Windows-Anwendung

When uploading a document via the desktop app , turn on the Link to job toggle, then select the job from the list.
