Team members usually create passwords for themselves when they register, and they can also change a password at any time. However, a firm Owner and Admins have the opportunity to change it for them. There are two options:

• Passwort zurücksetzen

• Passwort ändern

Passwort für Teammitglieder zurücksetzen

Wenn ein Firmeninhaber oder Administrator das Passwort eines Teammitglieds zurücksetzt, wird ein Link zum Zurücksetzen an die E-Mail des Teammitglieds gesendet. So geht's to do :

1. Go to Settings > Team & Plans, open the Team members tab, click on the three dots to the far right of the team member’s name, then click Edit.

2. Click on the pencil icon in the Edit Access Rights section.

3. Click the Reset password link at the top, then confirm.

Passwort für Teammitglieder ändern

Alternatively, a Firm owner or Admin may need to change a team member’s password. Here are the steps:

1. Go to Settings > Team & Plans, open the Team members tab, click on the team member’s name, then click the Edit icon in the Login Details section.

2. Enter the new password twice, then click Save.
